This interactive Course will take the participants in a journey to the Construction Claims world. Through our Journey we will start with the legal then contractual backgrounds for claims and sources thereof. 
Although the Course will start with theoretical and principal part; however, be sure that the majority of the Course will be assigned to the practical implementation of those theories and principles. 
Through our Journey we will mention internationally recognized standard forms of contracts. Please be aware and remember this Course is not about any of those Forms; This is Construction Claims Course.   The Course will cover subjects like terminologies, sources of claims, managing and processing claims, assessment of claims and finally settlement of claims including hints about dispute resolution mechanisms. 
The Course will also provide practical case studies that help to emphasize and high light the practical nature of the Course.
