Mini Professional Biography: During nineteen (19) years of experience, Hossam A. Mohammed’s experience to date encompasses construction planning, controls and risk management for major construction projects and programs (totaling 28 billion US Dollars in value) spanning seven countries. The miscellaneous roles assumed are Project Engineer, Planner, Sr. Project Controls Engineer, Project Controls Manager, Project Manager, Project Controls System Specialist, and Project/Program Management Consultant. The projects include airports, terminal ports, hospitality, banks headquarters, hospitals, universities, railways, power supply/generating and housing.

As a Professional consultant, Hossam has delivered numerous training sessions, workshops, The total professionals trained in the activities led by Hossam exceed 4800 trainees. Hossam was invited as a technical presenter to the PMI International Scheduling Conference- Orlando, Florida, AACEI’s Western Winter Workshop- the USA, PMI Global Congress - Dubai UAE, 2016 – Barcelona, 2017 - Rome, the 3rd International Engineering Conference – Saudi Arabia – 2013, the Big 5 (Five) International Construction Organizations show – Dubai and Egypt, November 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and the AACEI Annual meeting in Orlando – 2017, New Orleans 2019, and virtual conference 2020. Hossam has been assigned to several delay analysis claims in 6 countries, supporting contractors and Employers, developed determination for claims and has contributed to four witness expert report (Client and contractor side) during Arbitration procedures.

• Awarded a Certificate of Independent Expert Determination, for Alternative Dispute Resolution Department, By RICS (Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors – UK) 2021;
• Designer of delay analysis training, in accordance with AACEI RP29,03 and RP52,06 (Seven (7) rounds – 450 Trainees);
• Member and Certified by the Project Management Institute PMP, RMP and SP;
• Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP) – PROSCI Change Management Authority – USA;
• Member, elected president of AACEI greater Cairo Chapter 2020, and Certified EVP;
• Member and Certified Risk Analyst (CRA) by the (IABFM- USA);
• Certified by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) as Construction Manager Professional (CMP); and
